As a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) supporting low- and moderate-income communities, we partner with organizations that develop affordable housing, assisted living facilities, senior and veteran housing, farmworker housing, daycare centers, mental health facilities, food banks and other community development projects to bring more units and facilities to much needed areas of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. We support rural, suburban and urban developments, all types of business organizations, and offer Pre-Development, Acquisition, Construction, Preservation, Tenant Improvement, Energy Conservation, and Bridge loans.
